Technical support is available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We respond to emails within one business day (excluding weekends & holidays). We respond to support requests on a first-come-first-served basis, so there may be a slight delay replying to your email during peak times.
- Sending Images - When sending images to Tech Support, please ensure that individual images are under 1000 pixels in resolution (5MB total per email). Tech Support may request larger resolution files if necessary.
- Video Links - Please do not send video files via email. Upload your video to a site such as YouTube or Vimeo (you may chose to set your video to "private"), and include the link in your email.
